Who We Are
Lori Keith is a N.J. Licensed Massage Therapist with over 20 years of experience. She has done extensive training in massage therapy techniques and specializes in rotator cuff injuries. She served as AMTA-NJ Chapter President, 2010-2014, as a Board member of the NJ Board of Bodywork and Massage Therapy, 2014-2017, and on the Examination Policy Committee for the Federation of State Massage Therapy Boards, 2015. She is a Certified Member of ABMP.
She became Certified in Clinical Aromatherapy in 2010 and utilizes essential oils in all of her therapies, tailoring each session to the individual needs of her clients. She is a Level 3 Member of NAHA, the National Association for Holistic Aromatherapy.
She continues to massage part-time, as she transitions into an aromatherapy and healing energy practice. Her passion has always been to assist and support her clients in achieving their best health and well-being. This includes referring them to professional holistic practitioners, who can provide beneficial results. It has always been her dream to establish a network of alternative practitioners.

Christina Rizzo attained her license as a Massage Therapist in October 2024, transitioning from her prior career as a scientist. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry, which she earned from Richard Stockton College of New Jersey in December 2010.
Throughout her scientific career, Christina has garnered experience across various sectors, including over-the-counter pharmaceuticals, personal care products, cosmetics, and nutraceuticals.
Her introduction to massage therapy occurred during her tenure at a company in Albuquerque, New Mexico, that specialized in the production of massage cream. This experience was further enriched by her participation in the AMTA convention in California, where she gained valuable insights into the therapeutic benefits of massage therapy, aligning with her holistic lifestyle values.
Christina ultimately enrolled in Body in Mind Massage Therapy School, where she distinguished herself as valedictorian upon her graduation in September 2024. Additionally, she has obtained certification in cupping as of February 2025 and is currently pursuing certification in prenatal massage.
Enthusiastic about her career in massage therapy, Christina is committed to enhancing her skills and fulfilling her passion for helping others through advanced therapeutic techniques.
